German company KraussMaffei is representative of top quality since 1838 already, among others machines for processing of reaction cast mixtures (RIM technologies), extrusion lines for processing of plastics and rubbers and injection machines. KraussMaffei offers machines for processing of standard PUR systems for production of soft, hard and integral foam, as well as the machines for processing of materials with fillers (e. g. glass and carbon fibres, flame retardants and other additives). Another materials - like epoxide resins, DCPD, materials filled with cyclopentane etc. could be processed as well. RIM technologies are used mainly in automotive sector, building and electrical industry and many other sectors. We can mention simple mixing machines (mainly high pressure), accessories as ovals, carousels, mould carriers and moulds, CNC machines and cutting machines for finishing of products, and complete pultrusion lines which lead to another important technology - extrusion. 

KraussMaffei offers extrusion lines - from single extruders or coextruders, heads, haul-offs, cooling baths, saws, printers, to manipulation and packaging facilities for final products, such various pipes, profiles or sheets. Materials which can be processed are e. g. PVC, PE, PP, PC.
