Regranulation line TG 20 plastifies and granulates various polymers reliably and gently. Especially problematic mixes of materials with a big dust share, brash or small intake systems, improves colouring of materials at problematic applications. They are used there, where a brash produced by a mechanical grinding cannot be re-processed safely. Regranulation line with an extruder with one main and one supporting screw, water cooling tub and granulation head. The final granulate is uniform, well flowing and can be processed alone or as supplement to an original material. The hourly capacity of production line is ca 20 kg new granulate according to a material.
Cutter to pre cut solid edge up to thickness of 15 mm (PVC). Our cutters have been developed for the pre-crushing of large trimmings which are too rigid to be fed in via rollers. The simple, large machines allow large trimmings to be cut into shorter sections before being fed directly into a granulator via a conveyor belt. The cutter systems are made according to your specifications and, on request of course, with the corresponding granulator.
